This agreement stipulates that Maeion Bryant or team members of MBC, will provide professional makeup or hair services.

Locations
One location is preferred unless there are special circumstances, such as an elderly family member that’s not able to travel. This will be discussed prior to the event for special accommodations.

We require a minimum of eight to ten in the party for two or more artists on site.
Maeion Beauty offers door-to-door mobile makeup services when available. Such as makeup trials, on-location photo and video shoots, and more. We will arrive fifteen minutes before our scheduled time for set up. You will receive a call to come into the mobile for services. We wear our mask during services. Mobile bookings travel charges per event start at $75.00. When mobile services are not available, we will come inside your location to set up. We ask to have an area where we can set up, depending on the size of the party one or two six-foot tables will work.
We will bring our beauty lights for additional lighting. If high stools are available, please let us know, if not we will bring our own. Once this contract is agreed to, I will send an email with the names of the makeup & hair stylist that will service your event along with a person of contact for the day of the event. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. Payments are not accepted the day of due to the hectic nature of the event. Full payment is due 48 hours before the event. All payments are made directly to Maeion Bryant, Makeup and hair assistants will be paid by Maeion once the job is complete. Forms of payment accepted.

SERVICE PRICE LIST
Makeup Rates
Group rate with a minimum of six adults $ 150.00 per person
Individual per person rate $250.00
Jr. attendants ages 13 to 18 $90.00 each
To remain on site for touch ups, rate $125.00 an hour per artist
Trial runs $150.00 + travel
Early arrival starting at 6 am, an additional $100.00 will be added
Makeup that involves staying for touch up include, making sure hair, makeup and clothing are in place. Individual Rate $450.00
If you prefer makeup application only $250.00

Hair Rates
Rates are determined by the length of the hair.
Rates include up-do’s, half up styles, and beach waves
Children’s hair $55.00/ Teens $75 to $100.00
Short hair above the ear $65.00
Hair Shoulder length $75.00
Hair Below the shoulders $95.00
Hair Middle of the back $140.00
Additional for Blow out $25.00
Our services include airbrush and traditional makeup applications. We prefer a list of all attendees so we can coordinate a schedule for a smooth event. Strip lashes will be applied to all attendees that request them at no additional cost. If an individual would like a specific brand, I suggest they bring their own and we will apply them.
In addition, I require each guests bring their own favorite lipstick for touch ups. Products are available on Maeion.com if you like a specific shade, we can bring it the day of the event. My team and I travel with a complete professional kit to accommodate all skin complexions. We follow Covid sanitation rules by always wearing face mask. If you request a Covid test prior to your event, please let us know in advance. We follow covid sanitation rules by using disposable applicators and sanitized products. We provide proof of vaccination and prefer to service individuals that have been vaccinated as well.
